Welcome to the world of Hooper!

Thanks for visiting my blog. Essentially I started this to chronicle my motorcycle hobby, but I intend to also include bits about a number of my interests. I am very much interested in drumming, heavy metal music, motorcycle racing, cynical debates about life, etc. Over the last couple of years, things have changed quite a bit for me. Failed marriage, general deconstruction of my life as I knew it, and if there is to be any hope, maybe one day I can tell a story of my re-entry into the world. I'm updating this section in late 2013, as I am hovering near my rock-bottom. I have no idea how the story will unfold from here on in, but I'm putting up a fight. This part is tough because deep down I know I'm on my own now. If you have it in you to send a prayer or two my way, I'd sure appreciate it.
